7-Day Returns & Exchanges

Return or exchange any unused item in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Email peng9tib@163.com with your order number to start. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Damaged or Wrong Item

Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or full refund – no need to send it back.

Personalized Items

Engraved flasks are made to order and can't be returned unless they are defective or we made a mistake. We send a free proof before engraving.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
