Processing

Orders ship from China within 1–15 days. Engraved orders start after you approve your free proof.

Delivery

US delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after shipping. Rates are shown at checkout. You'll get a tracking number by email.

Lost or Damaged

If your order doesn't arrive within 30 days of shipping or arrives damaged, email peng9tib@163.com and we'll reship or refund.

Duties

Any import duties or taxes not collected at checkout are paid by the recipient.
